This PDF Deck of Cards is a sample of 5 of our NPC Decks: Adventurers; Coastal Townsfolk; Frontier Townsfolk; Henchmen & Hireling; and Animals

Each system-neutral card has a portrait on the front. The back lists primary and secondary roles, inspiring you with more ways to use them in your adventures. Quirks and quotes help to quickly get into character and make each memorable. Every NPC also has a personality, background, extra value, and flaw to keep them interesting. These cards feature an inclusive range of ethnicities and fantasy races.

Note: The download includes a zip of two PDF files: One with each side of a card as its own 3.75"x2.75" page and a second file where the first four cards are on one 8.5"x11" page and the second is the backs of those cards (laid out so they can be printed front/back.) In either case, trim each card down to the standard 3.5"x2.5" card size--the extra is to allow for a "bleed". (Some extra artwork so if the front and back don't line up perfectly, the trimming still looks OK.)
